B.Sc. / B.Sc.(Hons.) Culinary Science

B.Sc. Culinary Science is a unique program with a specialization option integrating the artistic and scientific aspects of preparing food. The program aims to provide aspiring culinary professionals with a global benchmark education experience and qualifications designed by top chefs from India.

The program imparts foundation techniques and skills, in-depth study of food processing technology, culinary nutrition & wellness and restaurant operation management.

BA/BA(Honours) in Hospitality and Services Management

The BA/BA (Hons.) in Hospitality and Services Management  program with a specialization in Real Estate, Retail, and Services Management is a pioneer program in India's hospitality and services management domain. It aims to develop an overall understanding of the business dynamics of the hospitality and selected service industries such as real estate and retail. This program tailors the curriculum to cover business fundamentals while incorporating specific knowledge and skills relevant to the Services Sector employment requirements.

M.Sc

The MSc program in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition at WGSHA was started in 2010.

It is a 2-year program designed to enhance knowledge and skills of nutrition and to develop critical evaluation skills through an integration of nutrition, dietetics (therapeutic nutrition) and research.

It provides opportunity for interaction with patients, and thus, students get hands-on training in hospitals,  in association with dietitians and clinicians. Students are also taught advanced diet therapy and participate in research projects, symposiums and conferences in nutrition & dietetics.

Duration : 2 years (4 semesters)

MA

This course will impart a hands-on, skill oriented intense curriculum on Indian Cuisine and Culture. The programme will examine the central place of cuisine in Indian culture and society. This course uses practical experiences in cooking to understand the importance of cuisine in cultural practices.

MHM

Master of Hotel Management

This unique program aims to provide professional and managerial expertise in hotel management with the special emphasis in the domains of Revenue Management, and Sales & Marketing. Students will receive extensive exposure to hotel operations through practice schools to acquire skills, knowledge and attitude to work in hospitality organizations.
