MES Medical College & Hospital Perinthalmanna , Malappuram

Driven by its commitment to educational excellence, the Muslim Educational Society (MES) embarked on the ambitious project of establishing a Medical College in Malappuram District. Founded in 2004, the college admits 100 students annually. Attached to the college is a 600-bed hospital equipped with major super-specialties and a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services. Since its inception, the hospital has provided free treatment, diagnostic tests, medications, and surgeries to underprivileged patients, serving approximately five lakh individuals each year.

In 2011, MES Medical College was upgraded to a Post Graduate Medical Institute, now offering postgraduate degree and diploma courses across various disciplines. The campus has also expanded to include a Dental College and a Nursing College, both offering postgraduate programs.

From its inception, MES Medical College has consistently achieved outstanding results in the MBBS examinations, demonstrating the high standards of academic training provided by its distinguished faculty. MES Medicos secured top ranks in both the First and Final MBBS examinations in 2009 and 2011, surpassing students from both government and private medical colleges affiliated with the University of Calicut.
