Sharaf Arts & Science College, Kasaragod

Sharaf Arts & Science College, a self-financing institution approved by the Government of Kerala and affiliated with Kannur University, is operated by the Khidmath Organisation of Padne (known as KOP). Established in 2003, the college was born out of a need to address the educational challenges faced by students, particularly Muslim girls from this and neighboring areas, who aspire to pursue higher education. The members of KOP envisioned and realized this institution to uplift the community from these educational constraints.

It has rapidly evolved into a modern center of learning, adapting to contemporary trends in higher education. Under the leadership of Principal Prof. M.A.H. Khan, formerly of Mahatma Gandhi College, Iritty, and a former member of the syndicate of Kannur University, the college has garnered a strong reputation for imparting excellent education.
