About College
Malik Deenar College of Nursing, a part of the Malik Deenar Group of Institutions under the Kasaragod Muslim Welfare Association, commenced its B.Sc Nursing Program in 2002-03 with an intake of 50 students annually. Founded under the leadership of Late Janab K.S. Abdulla, the institution is situated in Thalangara, just 0.50 km from Kasaragod Railway Station.
Operated by the Kasaragod Muslim Welfare Association, the college holds recognition from the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and the Kerala Nursing and Midwifery Council, Thiruvananthapuram. Initially affiliated with Kannur University from its inception until the establishment of the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) in 2010-11, the college has since been affiliated with KUHS. The college benefits from its association with a well-equipped parent hospital located within the same campus.
