Trinity College of Engineering, Trivandrum

Founded in 2011, Trinity College of Engineering has quickly emerged as one of Kerala's leading engineering institutions. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Kerala Technological University. Trinity has consistently been recognized by the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) as the top college for innovation and entrepreneurship in the state. Additionally, we serve as the mentor college for KSUM’s Startup Awareness & Leadership Training (SALT) program.

Trinity College of Engineering has been honored with multiple awards from the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Guided by the visionary leadership of our Chairman, Dr. Thomas Alexander—an engineer-turned-entrepreneur and founder of the Al Adrak group of companies—Trinity is dedicated to being an Affinity Space where experienced engineers and innovators train the next generation. Our approach is akin to that of a medical college, with professionals delivering professional education. This is evident in our acclaimed model of faculty entrepreneurship, which ensures that both professors and students remain at the cutting edge of technology. Our faculty and students are actively involved in both service and product innovation.

Trinity is also distinguished as the first campus to feature comprehensive engineering R&D offices, providing students with hands-on, real-world engineering experience. Our state-of-the-art Adrak Engineering facilities offer international-quality training, setting students on the path to successful careers.

We are one of only 28 organizations nationwide recognized by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) as a Space Tutor, dedicated to promoting space technology awareness.

In 2022, the Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Division of the Ministry of Education awarded Trinity one of the first 13 IKS Centers in the country. Our IKS Center for Kalaripayattu, established in collaboration with Agasthyam Kalari and funded by AICTE, underscores our commitment to preserving and promoting traditional knowledge systems.

Our undergraduate programs include Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science (with a focus on Cyber Security), Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
