About College

The Dale View College of Pharmacy & Research Centre was founded from the vision of Chairman C. Christu Das, who aimed to provide high-quality professional education in rural areas.

The poor state of professional education in Punalal, a remote village in Kerala, inspired the founder and Director to establish the institution in 1978. Over the years, the college has significantly impacted countless lives, bringing a transformative light to a community that had long endured hardship and exploitation. The institution’s presence has fostered new ideas and strategies for development, significantly changing attitudes, living conditions, and overall social dynamics. Through its efforts, the college has played a pivotal role in liberating individuals from oppressive conditions and guiding them toward a future filled with hope and opportunity.

Registered on March 16, 1978, under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act XII of 1955, the Dale View College of Pharmacy & Research Centre operates as a secular, non-governmental, and voluntary organization.

The strength of our progress and the depth of our impact are due to the dedication of our staff. Through collaborative efforts with the community, the college is committed to empowering individuals to shape their own futures. The remarkable support from government and non-government agencies, as well as national and international organizations and individuals, has been instrumental in our mission.
