Since November 24, 2006, the Government of Karnataka has generously extended grant-in-aid support for three courses: Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Additionally, the institution offers two unaided courses: Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.

Driven by the visionary ideals of Shree Niranjana Swamiji, a revered missionary and social reformer, the institution has been dedicated to providing technical education to the youth, nurturing their potential to contribute meaningfully to the fabric of modern India. Shree Niranjana Swamiji's profound belief in the transformative power of education led to the establishment of the Shree Niranjana Swamy Educational Trust in 1981, paving the way for numerous educational initiatives aimed at empowering rural youth with technical skills and self-reliance.

At Sri Niranjana Swamy Polytechnic, the ethos revolves around the conviction that technical education is not merely a pursuit of knowledge but an embodiment of essential human values, a belief that continues to guide and inspire the institution's mission.
