Seshadripuram Law College, Bangalore: Providing Quality Legal Education Since 1984

Established in 1984-85 by the esteemed Seshadripuram Educational Trust, Seshadripuram Law College is centrally located in Bangalore and was founded with the cherished ambition of imparting quality legal education. The Trust recognized legal education as a crucial step towards spreading legal awareness and empowering the vulnerable within society.

The College is affiliated with the Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi, and is duly recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi, ensuring adherence to national standards of legal education. Seshadripuram Law College has been conducting the three-year LL.B. course since its inception in 1984. Recognizing the evolving needs of students, the five-year integrated LL.B. law course was introduced in the academic year 2004-05.

The college is governed by a distinguished Governing Council, duly constituted by the Seshadripuram Educational Trust. The Chairperson of the Governing Council is the accomplished advocate Sri K. Krishnaswamy. The Governing Council comprises accomplished academicians, legal luminaries, experienced management experts, and individuals of eminence in public service. To ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the institution, the Governing Council convenes regularly, meeting four times a year to meticulously review both academic and administrative affairs.
