B.Sc
Besides this, the course also provides students with advanced knowledge in subjects like Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety, Hygiene and Nutrition, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Marketing, and Tourism Management.
M.Sc
The M.Sc. program is offered by NCHMCT and recognized by JNU at select Institutes of Hotel Management. The program is specifically focused on the service sector unlike the majority of MBA programs, which are general in nature. The program blends classroom pedagogy and andragogy by combining classroom learning with group activities, industry mentorship, and tutorials. The Program was pioneered by IHM Bangalore which is the only Institute continuing this program since inception.

DURATION – 2 Years (4 SEMESTERS)

Diploma in Food Production
The 18-month Diploma Course in Food Production is aimed at specializing students, to acquire skills needed to start a career in the kitchen department of hotels and other allied hospitality sectors. Since this course teaches the students various cuisines and styles of cooking practiced across the country; the students can also apply for jobs in organizations other than hotels as well; while on the other hand, they can also venture into self-employment.
Eligibility – 12th Std. Pass (10+2 system of education) with English as a subject.
DURATION – 36 weeks followed by 24 weeks Industrial Training
Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery
The 18-month Diploma Course in Bakery and confectionery is aimed at specializing students, to acquire skills needed to start a career in the bakery and confectionery department of hotels and other allied hospitality sectors.
