B.E.S Institute of Technology, Bangalore: Engineering Excellence from a Legacy of Quality Education Since 1971

B.E.S Institute of Technology (BESIT), an integral part of the Bharath Education Society (BES), was established in 2003. The parent society, Bharath Education Society (BES), began its journey in 1971 with the noble aim of providing quality education to underprivileged and rural students.

BES has a rich history of growth, starting from humble beginnings in a makeshift building to its current impressive multi-story concrete structures. The society was strategically allotted a citizen’s welfare facility site at #27, Jayanagar 4th block, a prime location in Bangalore city. This enabled BES to continuously expand its reach and commitment to the cause of education.

BES boasts numerous achievements, having built its first pillar as 'B.E.S Evening College of Arts and Commerce' in 1971. Over the decades, it has expanded to include a wide array of institutions. BESIT benefits from a robust infrastructure that includes well-equipped buildings, a comprehensive library, advanced laboratories, modern furniture, and essential equipment. Students also have access to a vast playground, a covered auditorium, a ladies' hostel, banking facilities, and a canteen, ensuring a holistic campus experience.

All activities across BES institutions are seamlessly managed, and the quality of education imparted is diligently monitored by the managing committee. Corrective measures are implemented as needed, guided by the society's esteemed founder, Sri. B.L. Lakke Gowda, and other dedicated members of BES.
