Established in 2003 by the Koshys Education Trust®, Koshys Institute of Management Studies (KIMS) is a premier institution for management and commerce education in South India. Affiliated with Bengaluru North University and recognized by AICTE, New Delhi, KIMS holds NAAC accreditation and is recognized under 2(f) by the UGC. Located in Bangalore, Karnataka, KIMS offers a range of programs including 9 Under-Graduate programs in Commerce, Management, Computer Science, Arts and Design, 1 Post-Graduate program in MBA, and 1 research program in Management. Currently, the institute has a vibrant community of 2235 students and 76 dedicated faculty members.

Campus and Infrastructure:

KIMS boasts a lush green campus spread over 7.13 acres, providing a serene and conducive learning environment. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus features ICT-integrated classrooms, a fully automated two-level library, state-of-the-art laboratories, and an exclusive Training & Placement Centre. To foster innovation, the campus also houses a Centre for Entrepreneurship Incubation and a dedicated research center. For the convenience of students, hostel facilities are available, along with a gymnasium, medical center, food court, and comprehensive sports infrastructure.

A Vibrant Campus Life:

Life at KIMS is as vibrant as the city of Bangalore itself. Our cultural fests, such as Spectra (The Founder’s Day), Splash (Inter-Department Cultural Fest), Mahotsstav (The Ethnic Day Celebration), Nov-Fiesta (Fresher Day), Samvera (The Alumni Meet), Festino Beats (The Musical Concert), and Food Fiesta (The Food Stall Competition), provide students with opportunities to showcase their talents and enhance their practical learning experience. These events are organized by internal cultural committees, often led by the students themselves.

Sports and Recreation:

KIMS promotes a healthy and active lifestyle through various sports activities. Inter-departmental sports tournaments like Volket (Volleyball), Basketball Tournament, Ganador (Intra Football Tournament), Intramural Cricket, and Throwball competitions encourage students to explore their self-worth and build self-confidence. Students also have the chance to compete at inter-college, inter-state, and national levels.

Commitment to Social Responsibility:

KIMS is dedicated to contributing to society through various CSR initiatives. We actively organize blood donation camps, awareness campaigns, and fund donations, and provide charity to selected orphanages. Additionally, we adopt village schools nearby to support their basic needs.
