Al Shifa College of Nursing, Perintalmanna, established in 2002, is a leading institution dedicated to producing skilled nursing professionals through scientific and comprehensive nursing education. Initially approved by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, the college is affiliated with the University of Calicut, Kerala. In 2008, it was recognized as a Minority Educational Institution by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India. By 2010, it became affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur.
